JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and individualized attention. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to implement effective curriculum strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, bachelor’s degree in education, bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Bachelor’s degree in elementary education, bachelor’s degree in secondary education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in curriculum development and classroom management is essential.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including toddler care and early intervention techniques.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and staff.
  • A commitment to promoting child welfare and creating a positive learning environment for all children.
