POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team and lead a room. In this role, you will work in an environment rich with resources, providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0–6. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families.
  • Dedication to continuous professional growth and learning.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certification, and Child Protection training.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including observations, learning stories, and children’s growth and progress assessments.
  • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring open communication and active family involvement in the learning journey.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create a safe, dynamic, and enriching learning environment.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through training and networking, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and standards, including the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics.
