JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children, developing lesson plans, and creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the diverse needs of all students.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is highly desirable.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Time management skills to efficiently plan lessons and manage classroom activities.
• Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and the development of young minds.

• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, exploration, and discovery.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support student learning.
• Utilize effective time management skills to balance instructional time with classroom activities.
• Assess and document children’s progress through observations, assessments, and written reports.
• Provide support for children with special education needs by adapting lessons and activities as necessary.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being.
