POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team on a contract basis. This position is to cover an extended leave, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a love for working with young children.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certification
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Knowledge of child development and experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A warm, caring, and professional approach.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support children’s learning and growth.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Guide children in social, emotional, and physical development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and meet licensing/regulatory requirements
