PART-TIME CHILD CARE WORKER POSITION

Licensed child care centre looking for fun, energetic and hard-working individual to join our team!
We are filling the following position:
Afternoons: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 3-6pm, Thursday 2-6pm.
Ideal for a college/university student looking for a flexible work schedule. Extra hours available for summer and school PD Days.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 1, 2 or 3 in child care
• First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Clear Criminal Record
• Previous Experience in a Child Care Setting

• Supervision of a group of up to 30 children with a team of 1-2 Early Childhood Educators.
• Conduct, monitor and adapt daily activities to meet the needs of the children.
• Supervise children and engage in activities with them
• Light cleaning duties
• Observe and document children’s interests and behavior
• Interact with parents, staff and children in a friendly, polite manner
