We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator to be a part of our Cape Kids Childcare Centre. This service provides a quality educational experience to young children to which encourages expression of their own ideas through play and learning. The centre is uniquely owned and operated by a global mining company.

This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Educator to work on a full-time roster, and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned rooms, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team. Reporting to the Director Cape Kids in a collaborative community, you will be

• Be responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
• Assist with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and the Nominated Supervisor to deliver best outcomes for families and children
