Early Childhood Educator

Sunshine Kids is looking for a candidate in good standing with college of ECE to perform the following duties:
Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
· Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
· Provide and maintain a safe, secure, organized and clean learning environment both in the classroom and outdoors.
· Ensure that health, safety, and all standards are met according to Ministry regulations.
· Prepare and maintain daily attendance, documentation and other reports/records as required.
· Assist with children’s meals and snacks including set up and clean up.
· Adheres to work schedule to ensure program stays within ratio and provides required adequate notice to supervisor regarding unexpected scheduling changes.
· Ensures the program operates at all times in compliance with all child care licensing standards.
· Maintain up-to-date emergency cards, attendance, and health and safety checks
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
