  • ECE11 or ECE111 Certificate obtained in Manitoba.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check.
  • Clear Child Abuse Registry Check.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Circle of Security is an Asset, or willing to obtain it. Will train within.
Responsibilities

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL A CERTIFIED EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR ROLE AS A TEAM LEADER IN A PROGRAM. WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE:

  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of children attendance, assessments, and other documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and others regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends and practices.
