VHire Recruitment is looking for passionate early childhood professionals for opportunities across the Albury-Wodonga region.

We're looking for Certificate-qualified Educators and Diploma-qualified professionals who know that working with young children is equal parts rewarding, challenging and occasionally a little chaotic — and wouldn't have it any other way.

If you enjoy watching children discover something for the first time, building genuine relationships with families and being part of a team that supports one another, we'd like to hear from you.

What we're looking for

Certificate III/IV Educators

• Certificate III/IV or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent.
• A little experience goes a long way. Ideally 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an early childhood education and care setting.
• A genuine interest in children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Diploma-qualified Educators

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved equivalent.
• Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in an early childhood setting.
• Confidence contributing to programming, observations and children's learning experiences.
