Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Early Childhood Educator, you will work in a collaborative environment alongside other team members to provide a responsive environment that supports children’s wellbeing, relationships and learning through intentional teaching, partnerships and critical reflection.
You will be an important additional support for our kindy program, which reflects our vision of a creative learning environment for children of all abilities and cultures. You will collaborate and build relationships with our team of Social Workers, Early Childhood teachers, Speech Pathologist and Child Psychologist to ensure a high standard of care is provided.
Put on your driving shoes because part of your role will be driving our Kindy Bus! Our kindy bus plays a crucial role in breaking down access barriers and transporting our littles to and from our centre. It’s a 12-seater van full of fun!
