Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Educator at The Children’s House, you will be an essential part of our enchanting learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. Your role will include:

  • Supportive Guide: Assisting with our holistic, child-led program, encouraging independence, fostering curiosity, and nurturing empathy—all while creating a genuine sense of community.
  • Guardian of Well-being: Providing gentle guidance and supervision, ensuring our children feel safe, supported, and emotionally secure as they explore their world.
  • Nature Explorer: Leading outdoor adventures in our magical garden and beyond, inspiring children to connect with nature and develop a love for the environment.
  • Creative Spark: Encouraging artistic expression and cultural exploration through stories, music, movement, a nd hands-on activities, helping each child’s unique talents shine.
