We’re looking for an ECE who feels at home in nature and sees the outdoors as the ultimate learning environment. In our child-led, nature-based program, educators support children to take big leaps—physically, socially, and imaginatively—while grounded in a deep culture of respect and safety.

This is a full-time, in-ratio position supporting a group of up 16 children aged 3–6 together with an experienced ECE partner. You will spend a large portion of your day in Banfield Park, a public park located on along the Gorge Waterway, and in the surrounding community, engaging with the natural world through a lens of curiosity, care, and respect. Rain or shine, we spend time outdoors every day. We believe that all weather is good weather when you’re dressed for it.
