About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee or Certificate III Educator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in early childhood education within a nurturing and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and implementation of educational programs for children aged 0–5
  • Create engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environments
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Assist in daily routines and care duties, including meals, rest, and hygiene
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

About You:

  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
  • Hold (or be willing to enrol in) a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) for NSW
  • First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
