JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. SKILLS

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong background in childcare, including experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent teaching skills with an emphasis on early childhood education methodologies.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficient computer skills for classroom management and administrative tasks.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, including those of children with disabilities or special education requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and behavior, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Organize classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Supervise children during playtime and other activities to ensure safety and engagement.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
