JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and the community. Bilingual candidates, particularly those can speak in English are encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Early Childhood Education Level 1,2,3 or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
  • Ability to speak in English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire trust and respect among students and colleagues.
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation, lesson planning, and communication purposes.

    Pay: $15.00-$27.20 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children aged 12months to 5 1/2 years old.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Assess and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills, emotional development, and self-regulation.
  • Collaborate with other educators to support children with special needs or disabilities.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities.
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
