OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate and dedicated full-time Baby Room Early Childhood Educators for our to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves engaging with children in a classroom setting, implementing educational activities, and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Early Childhood Educator will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children and ensuring that each child feels valued and encouraged.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities within the classroom environment.
  • Knowledge of the Alberta FLIGHT curriculum framework is an asset.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Meet provincial requirement for childcare employment
  • Current Standard First Aid and Infant Child CPR
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check
  • Effective time management skills
