We're a family-owned early education provider with an unbroken 13-year record of exceeding the National Quality Standards,  placing us in the top 5% of private Long Day Care providers nationally. Our services operate across NSW and the ACT, and we're expanding.

Roles we're recruiting for

We recruit across multiple levels. Tell us where you are, and we'll talk about where you could go.

Assistant Educator — Enrolled in or holding a Certificate III. You're building your skills in a room alongside experienced educators, contributing observations, supporting children through routines, and learning from a team that genuinely invests in the people around them.

Room Leader— Diploma qualified (or actively working towards it with demonstrated progress). You hold the educational vision for your room — leading the program, mentoring your team, and being the consistent presence that children and families count on.

Pay and conditions Salaries are paid above award across all roles, in line with the Federal Government's Worker Retention Payment. Your qualification level and responsibilities are reflected in your classification from day one, with progression as you grow.
