Tender Care Learning Center in Scott Township is seeking experienced, dedicated, and energetic early childhood educators to join our full-time childcare team. We are proud to be a NAEYC Accredited and STAR 4 Keystone STARS program, committed to providing the highest quality of early education and care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related Human Services field

OR minimum of 15 credits in Early Childhood Education

• Minimum of 2 years documented experience working with young children
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for early childhood education
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children
• Develop and implement educational activities tailored to individual child needs
• Support emotional, social, and intellectual growth of children
• Maintain open, respectful communication with families, managers, and co-workers
• Plan and nurture children through a thoughtful, developmentally appropriate curriculum
