Description Make an impact as an Early Childhood Instructor with the Cary Park District. Early Childhood classes run Tuesday-Thursday and serve 2-5 year old's. The Early Childhood Instructor position will be responsible for the following: · Planning and implementation of structured recreation activities, including set-ups/take downs and daily cleaning · Leadership of children through indoor/outdoor play, crafts, and group activities · Supervision and safety of children in the program · Active engagement with children in the program · Effective communication with coworkers and parents (written and verbal) Benefits: · Free individual Community Center fitness pass and/or Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center pass during employment. · Discount on programs and facility rentals.
