Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL SHINE BY:

  • Leading our Reggio Emilia-inspired Kinder program, sparking curiosity and fostering a love of learning.
  • Building deep and meaningful connections with children, families, and the community.
  • Creating an engaging, nurturing, and safe environment where children thrive.
  • Mentoring and inspiring Educators to deliver excellence in early learning.
  • Championing child safety and achieving positive learning outcomes for every child.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

  • A Bachelor’s or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Full or provisional VIT registration (mandatory).
  • A genuine love for children, their development, and a commitment to child safety.
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Reggio Emilia approach.
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Australian working rights (Visa/Passport) and a valid Working with Children Check.
