We are seeking a caring, motivated educator who is excited to support children ages 3–4 through hands-on learning, meaningful interactions, and a structured play-based curriculum. This is a great opportunity for a Registry-qualified teacher ready to take on a leadership role in a high-quality childcare and early learning environment. What You’ll Do Lead a preschool classroom while maintaining a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment. Deliver The Learning Experience curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to assistant teachers. Communicate daily with families, offering updates on learning milestones and classroom experiences. Ensure adherence to Wisconsin DCF regulations, licensing standards, and center safety expectations. Required Qualifications Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher required. Director Qualified (DQ) preferred. Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program. Strong understanding of DAP (developmentally appropriate practices). Reliable, collaborative, and committed to early childhood excellence. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
