JOB OPENING: EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

Ignite Institute for Early Learning – Burlington, KY
Pay: $14.25–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Ignite Institute for Early Learning is a Christian early education center located at 1838 Old Florence Pike in Boone County, KY. We are seeking a dependable, warm-hearted educator who is committed to supporting the growth and development of young children within a faith-based environment.
This position requires a team player—someone who can step confidently into the classroom assigned, whether that be infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children. Based on the needs of the center, classroom assignments may shift periodically, and flexibility is essential to our smooth daily rhythm.
We are not only educators; we are caretakers of hearts and minds. That means we ask all team members to integrate basic Christian truths into the learning environment, in ways that are age-appropriate and grounded in love. Applicants should be comfortable working in a Christian setting and participating in the spiritual life of the center.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Completing all state-mandated training hours
• Participating in routine classroom and facility cleaning
• Occasionally assisting with administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or higher education in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience in a childcare setting is advantageous.​
