The Opportunity

As a Qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging educational programs
• Creating safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments
• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contributing to children's learning and development documentation
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Ensuring a strong focus on child safety and supervision
• Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with passionate Early Childhood professionals who hold either:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

You'll also bring:

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative and positive approach
• An understanding of children's learning and development
• A commitment to creating safe, engaging and inclusive environments

A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certification will be required, or candidates must be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
