We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional care and education to young children. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily operations of the early childhood program, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the diverse needs of children.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their teaching practices.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff through effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct assessments of children’s development and progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Create an inclusive environment for children with disabilities, ensuring all children have access to learning opportunities.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff on best practices in early childhood education.
