We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers (ECT) to join our team in Brisbane. You’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering an engaging educational program based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 3–5
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and the broader community
• Lead and mentor educators in your room, supporting reflective practice and professional development
• Ensure children’s health, safety, and wellbeing are always prioritised

About You

• Early Childhood Teaching Qualification
• Current WWCC (Working With Children Check)
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Excellent knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about creating positive learning environments and outcomes for children
