ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an individual who holds the following qualification:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent degree) recognised by the National Authority; OR
  • Diploma in Children’s Services and current enrolment in Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

You will have the following skills and experience;

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working in an early childhood education setting.
  • Sound knowledge of National early childhood regulations, standards and approved curriculum.
  • Team leadership skills, including the ability to effectively mentor and supervise the reflective practice of others in the workplace.
  • Strong skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and community members.
