Location: Cameron Grove, NSW
Hourly Rate: $41.88 – $57.94 (plus Educational Leader allowance)

Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is ready to take the next step as an Educational Leader. This exciting dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who loves to teach, mentor, and drive quality outcomes in early childhood education.
You’ll lead curriculum practices while delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences—and be recognised with an additional allowance for taking on the Educational Leader responsibilities.

About the Role

  • Deliver a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF
  • Take a leadership role in guiding programming, documentation, and reflective practice
  • Support and mentor fellow educators in their professional development
  • Work closely with the Centre Director to ensure compliance with the NQS and regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the broader centre community

What You’ll Need

  • ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Experience as an ECT and/or Educational Leader preferred
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
