We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Kindergarten Program at Busy Bees at Campbelltown, a 67-place centre committed to nurturing confident and curious young learners. About the Role

As an ECT delivering the Kindergarten Program, you will:

• Design and implement a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with the EYLF and NSW Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with educators in your room
• Support children’s transition to school through intentional teaching and documentation
• Ensure full compliance with ACECQA, NQF, and relevant state regulations
• Uphold inclusive and culturally responsive practices

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering a Kindergarten or Preschool Program
• NSW Teacher Accreditation/Registration (NESA) – Provisional or Full
• Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
