Edge Early Learning is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our centre as our Lead ECT in our kindergarten room for 4-year-olds.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional to take on a leadership role within a supportive, collaborative team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care while mentoring our second Early Childhood Teacher.

Our special Teachers Leave arrangement allows you to work full-time (40 hours per week) and accrue additional hours toward your paid Teachers Leave – a valuable benefit designed to support work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who brings:

Minimum 2 years' experience in early years teaching

Mentoring capability – ready to guide and support our second ECT

Passion & Fun – an educator who brings joy, creativity, and enthusiasm to their work every day

Cultural awareness – we're a vibrant, diverse community and we celebrate the unique skills and backgrounds our team members bring
