We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Toddler Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for preschool-aged children.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of child care experience
• High School Diploma/GED required, College preferred.
• All teachers must have or acquire FBI background check, PA State Police background check, and PA State Child Abuse Clearance.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively

• Develop and implement lesson plans that are appropriate for preschool-aged children.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the classroom.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and behavior.
• Encourage creative thinking and problem solving in children.
• Provide guidance to children in developing social skills and self-esteem.
• Teach basic academic skills such as counting, reading, writing, and problem solving.
