Aubrey Daycare Centre is a warm, inclusive, and community-oriented daycare offering small group care (8 children per group) in a beautiful, purpose-built facility for children aged Birth to 3 years. Our philosophy centers on supporting each child’s unique developmental journey through play-based learning, nurturing relationships, and a strong connection with families.
We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator (IT) to join our program. If you are dedicated to early childhood education and looking to work in a supportive and respectful environment, we would love to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid ECE and Infant/Toddler Certification - BC
• Current First Aid Certification (child-specific)
• Clean Criminal Record Check

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth
• Observe and document children’s progress and communicate regularly with families
• Support children with routines such as feeding, diapering, sleeping, and transitions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and contribute to a strong team culture
• Follow all licensing regulations and centre policies
• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that values diversity and cultural sensitivity
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
