About UsivyGoal International Education was founded in 2012 by renowned Californian educator Principal Nick. Since its establishment, ivyGoal has focused on providing high-quality English and math instruction for young learners, helping over 4,000 students in the United States and Canada achieve their academic goals and strengthen their overall language abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Drawing on top-tier educational resources from Silicon Valley, ivyGoal has developed a proven curriculum through more than a decade of teaching practice. Our mission is to localize world-class educational resources and bring the best global teaching outcomes to children in the Chinese community. We currently operate campuses in West Vancouver, Vancouver, and Richmond in the Greater Vancouver area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working with children aged 3–8
• Experience in a Montessori environment is an asset
• Ability to independently or collaboratively lead academic and enrichment activities for children of varying ages and abilities
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent multitasking abilities and classroom management skills
• Possession of ECE/ECEA certification is preferred
• Clear instructional approach, strong verbal skills, and ability to engage students effectively

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
