We are looking for an RECE Educators to join our team and help create a positive learning environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching young children, and providing guidance and support to students. The successful candidate must be willing to work a split shift, have a passion for working with children ages 4yrs -12yrs, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality education.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with parents and guardians.
  • Encourage social interaction among students.
  • Provide guidance to students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Implement behavior management strategies.
