KU Briar Cottage Preschool has been providing high quality preschool education since 1977. Situated in a beautiful heritage-listed home, we offer children the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of learning experiences and activities designed to promote their confidence as capable and active participants in their own learning. Our area of specialisation is garden to table nutrition, within a context of Inclusive Education, through engaging all children in the care of our large vegetable and herb gardens, as well as including lots of our fresh produce into cooking experiences throughout the year. Learn more about the services here. The Role We are looking for a Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team permanent, working 7.6 hours per day. The working hours could either be Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday. The workdays can be negotiated with the successful applicant. You will also have the opportunity to work in our casual pool and pick up additional hours if desired.
