Lilly Pilly South Early Learning Centre is a small 30 place centre that is located in Toormina (Coffs Harbour) on the beautiful NSW North Coast. We are located 5 minutes to the nearest shopping centre and 10 minutes from the heart of Coffs Harbour.

Lilly Pilly South Early Learning Centre offers a play-based program for children in a beautiful natural environment. With ongoing opportunities to explore, grow & learn in a safe, secure, inclusive, stimulating environment & enjoy their days whilst in our care.

We offer our families a Preschool Program/School Readiness Program and are open 7.30am-6.00pm Monday - Friday. We cater for Children aged 15 months to 6 years.

Job tasks & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher.You must be motivated, passionate, and dedicated people to join our team. Applicants should be able to meet the following criteria:

• Be Motivated, hardworking,compassionate, show initative and be Punctual
• Enjoy working with Children
• Show attention to Detail
• Do open and closes as required
• Possess a high level of communication skills and Maintain a professional manner
• Knowledge of Safety and Wellbeing
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and the National Quality Standards
• Plan and Implement a compregensive and engaging curriculum for our children
• Team Player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects critically upon best practice
• Willingness to Mentor and Support Trainee Students and teachers
• Current Child Protection Training or Willingness to undertake
• A current working with children check
• Current Geccko training - Modules 1-5 to be completed
• Hold and maintain a current Fist Aid, CPR, Asthmd and Anaphylaxis training or willingness to obtain
• A Current Police check
• A current Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or ACECQA approved qualification
• Have relevant teacher's Registration (NESA Approved)
