KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Lead and mentor a team of educators to foster excellence in practice
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development to inform tailored learning strategies
