Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Completion of approved Child Protection course
Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates
Coach and mentor educators and teachers in-line with the centre’s vision for pedagogical excellence
Strong understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Standards, legislation, Early Years Learning Framework and contemporary pedagogies that influence practice
