What You'll Do:

• Observe & Adapt: Track each child’s progress and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.
• Build Relationships: Connect with parents, sharing progress and collaborating on ways to enhance learning at home.
• Grow & Learn: Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing professional development and bring fresh ideas to the classroom!

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field).
• Relevant teaching certification and licensing.
• Experience in early childhood education or a similar role.
• A strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a love for working with children!
