Role Description The Early Childhood Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, organizing play-based learning experiences, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and daily routines. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Primrose British Nursery in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Child Development.
• Demonstrated experience in Teaching and Working With Children in early years settings.
• Ability to design and implement effective Curriculum Development for preschool-age learners.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood setting in the UAE or similar context is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
