Requirements Qualifications To join our team, candidates must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED One year of professional experience teaching in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting (preferred) CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) Registered with the Colorado Shines Program at a minimum Level 2 on PDIS (required) Must successfully pass background checks and a drug screening Why Join Starpoint?
