ABOUT THE ROLE

Wauchope Little Learners’ are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators/Teachers to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks- six years in our Centre located in Wauchope, NSW.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Developing and implementing engaging and developmentally-appropriate educational programs that foster children’s physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
  • Observing and documenting children’s progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences to individual needs
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Ensuring a safe, clean and nurturing environment for all children in your care
  • Working collaboratively with the educational team to share ideas and best practices
  • Upholding the Centre’s policies, procedures and quality standards
