We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic 18–19-year-old who is interested in completing a Trainee Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is a junior position, and school leavers are strongly encouraged to apply.

As a trainee, your duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Contributing to the educational program
  • Assisting the Room Leader and educators with day-to-day tasks (e.g., cleaning, meal preparation)
  • Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play experiences
  • Engaging children in meaningful learning opportunities
  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all children
  • Position Details
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
  • Study time: Weekly allocated study hours provided during work hours
  • Pathways: Potential for full-time or casual employment upon successful completion of the traineeship
