  • Ability to establish positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and a passion for collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

In this exciting position, you will work closely with the Center Coordinator and your colleagues to design and deliver engaging, culturally appropriate programs that cater to the unique needs of children in Chillagoe and Dimbulah. Your expertise will shine as you promote play-based learning and support families to actively participate in their children’s development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating safe, stimulating, and flexible child-centered programs that foster individual strengths and interests.
  • Collaborating with professionals and community members to enhance service delivery and support for children and families.
  • Conducting child development screenings and contributing to personalized intervention plans.
  • Modeling play-based activities and encouraging community involvement in child development.
