Management of (temporarily or permanently) assigned Tender Manager / Workstream Execution Manager Establish partnerships for proposal/execution of Tender /Project Responsible for ensuring that the Gate A, B and C process is followed and proper handover from S&C to Execution and O&M is concluded, and relevant parties are included in the process Responsible for the Market Intelligence and Competition Watch Responsible for the New Technology Commercialization, Commercial Plan and Inputs for NPD. Bachelor's degree in engineering or project / business management - further education/ MBA is preferred. Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in major project development / early engagement within the EPC and O&M related to power plants, ideally within the gas to power and thermal power plants. Previous experience engaging with customers and opportunity development within the power organization sector with track record of successfully developing and selling projects within the power industry. Deep knowledge and expertise in project risk, tender management and stakeholder relationship. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead a cross-functional team and thrive for the success of the projects. Candidates must be able to work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
