Position Description: Following the Head Start Program Performance Standards, the Child Care Partnership Manager provides leadership for the child care staff and collaborates with community child care partners. They oversee education and childhood development; disabilities; eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance; safety, health, nutrition, and mental health; family and community engagement program services; and collaborate with the program coordinator to ensure the effective delivery of services.
Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, family studies, health services or related field, and a minimum of one year of related experience working with children and families; knowledge of child development and family dynamics; knowledge of community resources; a valid driver license, access to reliable transportation, and automobile insurance coverage.
