Responsibilities

As an Early Help Team Manager you will have responsibility for the leadership and management of the Early Help Locality Team with a focus on improving outcomes for children, young people and families. Partnership working is essential to the success of this and your role as the Early Help Team Manager will include supporting the operational development of neighbourhood/place based working within your locality and across the Salford Family Partnership.
