Full-time employees receive: Competitive Pay Generous PTO 13 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision and MORE Meeting Street is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly. Duties: Ongoing coaching and supervision of employees to support them in meeting productivity and service delivery model expectations. Partners with and receives mentorship from EI Director to learn reflective and supervisory practices. Maintains a modified caseload of families, providing service coordination activities and direct services. Monitors, guides and participates in the case management review process and other CQI activities. Works cooperatively with the EOHHS on EI related activities. Analyzes program data and demographic information with the goal to improve alignment of client demographics to that of the general population in our catchment area. Develops relationships with other community agencies and cultural organizations to build partnerships and to promote Meeting Street as a service provider and employer. Requirements: Meets the education/license requirement for any Service Provider role in Early Intervention (Service Coordinator, Educator, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker) Experience working in an Early Childhood or Home-Based Family Service setting Experience in a training, coaching or mentorship role in any professional capacity Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
