Company Description Our Early Intervention programs provide services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community. Job Description Criterion Valley Early Intervention Program is currently seeking a full time Site Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities: Supports hiring and offboarding of staff. Provides orientation and training to staff. Provides supervision to staff, as assigned by the Program Director. Participates in probationary and annual performance evaluation. Organizes and maintains satellite office schedules (intake, assessment and group). Maintains safety and organization of satellite office. Serves as Group Coordinator for the satellite office. Monitors Team service delivery and productivity. Leads Team meetings. Reviews client documentation. Participates in screening, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits and home visits as a member of transdisciplinary team. Consults with team members regarding clinical issues. Directs parents and staff to appropriate community resources. Facilitates referrals to school systems and other community providers. Maintains appropriate communication with physicians, clinics and other community agencies. Maintains safety and medical standards according to agency policy. Possesses tact and courtesy when relating to children, parents and co-workers. Complies with all agency, state and federal documentation requirements. Maintains confidentiality as specified by agency policy, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
