Description School Profile: Battle Ground Academy is a co-educational, college preparatory, independent school serving students in grades PreK-12 in historic Franklin, Tennessee. The Early Learning Center at Battle Ground Academy is currently comprised of five pre-K classrooms, each with a lead and associate teacher. Position Summary: Associate Teachers support classroom teams by collaborating with lead teachers to prepare for instruction, working with individual students and small groups to differentiate instruction, and teaching in the absence of the lead teacher. Associate duties may include preparing learning materials, recess, assisting with lunch, and facilitating large and small group experiences.
