Lesson plans are completed by classroom teachers (lesson plan training provided). - Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development. - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience. - Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their academic and social needs. - Communicate effectively with staff and the administrative team to share student progress and address any concerns. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program. - Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies. - Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods. - Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education, including a state annual conference out of town. -Employment is contingent upon completing required Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
